Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on all orders. Our goal is to deliver all products within 2 to 7 days from the moment you place your order. Out of Stock Products

Since we do not engage in mass production, there may be instances when the item you want to buy is temporarily unavailable. In such situations, you can opt to receive a WhatsApp notification when the product is restocked by clicking on 'WhatsApp Me When Available' option on the product page.

 

Order Cancellation

Please note that cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via WhatsApp- +919955114472 or by clicking the cancel order button "Orders" under My Account.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping through website orders. If you require international shipping, please contact us on WhatsApp +919955114472. This service is available for an additional fee. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Exchange/Returns

Products at discount of 40% and above are part of our clearance sale, please note that a deduction of 100 rupees will be applied if returns are initiated. The refund amount will be 100 rupees less than the original purchase price. Exchange is done free of cost.

For products which are on sale of less than 40% can be exchanged and returned for free.

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned products to reach us. Our services include reverse pick-up, and the refund is initiated within 7 days after we receive the product. 

Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the items back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up availability is based on the service in your area pin code.

Please ensure that the products are returned in the same condition as they were shipped and labels must be intact. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or if they have clearly been worn. If you receive a damaged product, please send an image or video of the damage to our team via WhatsApp at +919955114472 or email it to us at hello@urbansleeve.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will schedule a pick-up, and after assessing the returned product, the refund will be processed.

Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
